BJL Traffic Alert – I-695 Inner Loop

Baltimore, MD – Feb. 9, 2026 – 4:11PM - (BJL) The accident from earlier this morning continues to cause significant delays on the I-695 Inner Loop. Traffic is backed up from Old Court Road to Wilkens Avenue, with three left lanes blocked and only one lane getting by.
