Baltimore County, MD - Jan. 26, 2026 - We are a little more than 24 hours since snow blanketed Baltimore County. Many of the main roads are passable, but as you can see from this map, there is still a lot of work to be done. There are currently 523 people utilizing 444 pieces of equipment trying to clear the snow from more than 2,700 miles of roads across the County.
It is still highly advised that if you do not need to be out on the road, stay home. It is going to take crews at least all day today to plow throughout the county. Our crews have been working around the clock, many of whom have not seen their loved ones since Saturday. We are working diligently to clear not only the main roads, but side streets and cul de sacs.
Please be safe and let our crews do their work. Also, another reminder that trash, recycling and bulk pick-up are operating on a slide schedule this week.
