Baltimore, MD - June 18, 2025 - Great news for D.C. residents, tourists, and commuters as Kosher Food & Drink has confirmed that Oro Nami, a new sushi restaurant and bar, will open kosher at 2512 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, D.C.
Harrison Furman, Managing Partner of Oro Nami, confirmed to Kosher Food & Drink that the restaurant will open under the kosher supervision of the Vaad of Greater Washington. The restaurant will be pareve.
Oro Nami will open to the public on June 29, 2025. Young Jewish Professionals D.C., a Chabad-backed organization serving young professionals in Washington, D.C., has announced a private event on June 26, 2025.
“Oro Nami DC is a kosher sushi restaurant proudly co-founded and co-owned by Harrison Furman, Dino Lonzano, and Harold Willner,” said Furman, who continued, “The restaurant can hold approximately 30 plus people, making it a warm and intimate setting.”
Oro Nami hours will be: Sunday, 4pm-10pm and Monday thru Thursday, 11am-10pm.
Equally exciting is news that the restaurant will house a creative bar, as Furman says, “In addition to exceptional sushi and small bites, Oro Nami features a full bar offering everything from timeless classics to innovative specialty cocktails.”
