Empire Kosher is looking to add a Mashgiach to their Rabbinical staff specifically a Mashgiach from Baltimore.
About the Position
The work is usually 4 days a week except during busy seasons when there might be some Fridays or Sundays. There are many aspects of this job from standing on the evisceration line checking the Kishkas for Treifos, watching the salting, checking Giddin, and being able to lock up. A Baltimore based Mashgiach is preferred because it's only 2 hours away and Empire is in need of someone to lock up especially on Erev Shaabos or Erev Yom Tov.

Salary: $74,400 year
