We are looking for a proactive self-starter who takes initiative. The Role: Lead Management: Actively respond to inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and track leads to ensure opportunities are secured. Front Desk: Serve as the primary point of contact for phones, emails, and visitors. Data Entry: Assist with categorizing invoices and expenses. We will provide full training on QuickBooks and our financial processes. Details: Monday–Friday schedule. Full-Time preferred (Part-Time options available). Salary commensurate with experience. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Tech-savvy and highly organized. Eager to learn and grow with a busy construction firm.
